Eight More Things you prolly didn't need to know but am gonna be shared with you anyway

Thank you View from Dupont, Dara, HoneyKbee and Scott for the tags. Seems that I was tagged months and months ago by the first two and had a few posts about halfway done but never did finish them.

I was asked on 8/8 by two people so in celebration, I'll give in and give the 'fans' what they want but I warn you, not everything is gonna even try to be funny. Enjoy! =)

1. We have to post these rules before we give you the facts.
2. Players start with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
3. People who are tagged write their own blog post about their eight things and include these rules.
4. At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names. Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged and that they should read your blog.

Let us begin:

My eight: - not from the old posts. brand new today -

Number eight starts me by stating that I don't know much. Well, lemme rephrase that, I know too much about too little.
I think it's quite 'adult' of me to take responsibility in my own knowledge or lack thereof. That by this point in my life, I 'should' have a better grasp of what I like, don't, want, desire, tolerant of and what role each of these play in my life given each's level for affect.
But my magic eight ball does tell me that I'm going to fix that.
- Eight is a powerful number. In poker pocket 8s are to be played strong.

It's been 7 days since I reached my limit on uploading pictures to Flickr, so I actually forked over a bit of my hard-earned cash, of which I have very little, just in order to continue to bring joy to the world through my artistic work (and my 'fun' outlet) of photography.

Six. That's easy. I'm leaving at 6am to go for my ride.
Oh wait, that's now.
Be back in a bit.
.6 is also my lucky number. I was number 6 in soccer when I was a kid. Wish I knew where any of those jerseys were.
Results of ride: That seat taint good for anybody anymore. I bought padded riding shorts (christ, am I really that guy?) but I might as well be wearing steel shorts!
45 minute ride. Not sure how far. I'll have to check the google.maps or whatever. I'll blog it up later.

5 Reasons that mornings suck it:

1. Waking up. Yea, I'm not really into this waking up thing, much less the awake thing. I'm tired but I can't sleep. It's been a hellava few weeks for that.

2. I'm all dehydrated. Too hot out, too much a/c in the face, too efficient of a bladder. lol

3. Commuting to work. 5 miles or 50 minutes, commuting isn't good for anyone. Don't lie and tell me you like it.

4. 20 = can't do this in the morning. Well, you could but you'd be quite the worker-bee if you were to partake. Good luck burnouts.

5. Most people like their personal training really early so if I'm to make a lot of money doing that, I'll have to get up even earlier. Looks like I'll be broke forever....or just work in the evenings. ;) Need a trainer?

Four score and .....too long ago, I felt self-confidence and sure of myself.
I've been so busy trying to figure out life, that I've been missing it.

I gotta hurry up so I can enjoy this life too!

I'm insanely tired. I'm one of those that doesn't need to sleep, or at least tries to trick himself into thinking so. I haven't slept well since...well, a while now. and I'm ssooo tired. I'm like on the brink of tears.

and I guess that's really what #3 is: boys cry too

and that's ok. I don't think I'm a pussy or anything. Thinking about a kiss from the girl you love, doesn't make you any less of a man. I think it makes me a sensitive human being... and as a guy, I don't think there are many of us willing to put it on the line that we have feelings too. I'm scared. I'm growing into adulthood at 31 and it's lonely. There. I said it.

I've lost a lot of family and been in a lot of car wrecks and I've survived it all.

You want details on those family members or car wrecks? Just ask.
Most recently, and I'm not looking for pity, my Uncle Bill died two days ago.
I love him and will miss him, even if I didn't get to see him much and even if his passing is the best thing for him.....I'm tired of death. i'm tired of pain.

and my number one:

Nine planets round the sun
Only one does the sun embrace
Upon this watered one
So much to we take for granted

So let us sleep outside tonight
Lay down in the mother's arms
For here we can rest safely

If green should slip to grey
Would our hearts still bloody beat
If the mountains crumble away
And the river dry
Would it stop the stepping feet

Take all that we can get
When it's done
Nobody left to bury
Nobody left to dig the holes
And here we will rest safely

One sweet world
Around this star is spinning
One sweet world
In her breath I'm swimming
And here we will rest in peace.

I have to add another number 1 (and F U if that's 9 now): I'm not moving to California. There have been rumors and murmurs. I made an adult decision. I'm proud of myself not matter what people think.

and as a side note: PJ gets censored?
and if any article spoke to me, this would be it. Thanks sis.

NOW....who to tag. Let's see if I know 5 people much less 8 (given I have to discard a few that have tagged me)

So I'm tagging:

Natalie - Thanks K for the blog URL hook-up

OC in DC

forget the Makeup

Curt Shilling

Lego my Preggo

***A note to people I don't have listed on the side, please let me know if you'd like in because in my transfer of templates, I've lost people....people that I really like, like Nat

Well, I made it to six. I'm sorry if I forgot you..I'm exhausted. Please feel free to play the game, and please let me know when you did =)

Have a good one, people

Nat is (or was):

And why oh why must Eddie have such a big mouth? Just shut up and sing already!

Regarding your 8(ish): I don't understand the song, what it means to you, though I'd definitely like to. #9 is my favorite (oh the irony that you made the decision to break the rules and make it a list of 9), with #4 and #8 coming in close seconds. I hope you do ...fix that. And leave it there.
